Over an 8-month period, Athena Consulting aimed to broker the acquisition of three private jets, ranging from mid-size to long-range models, for a UAE family office. The mission included negotiating with manufacturers, structuring a $60M financing package with favorable terms, and ensuring the jets were delivered with custom interiors within the client’s timeline.

The Challenge

The main challenge was coordinating with multiple manufacturers and financial institutions under tight deadlines, as the client needed the jets for a high-profile international event. Additionally, fluctuating currency exchange rates posed a risk to the financing structure, requiring Athena Consulting to secure favorable hedging options.
